My orders with P24 only show payment_intent.created, no mail sent, WooCommerce 10.3.4, Stripe Plugin 10.0.1

Steps to reproduce

The problem occurs randomly. Not with every order.

Expected behavior

I hope you find a solution because I have no idea what it could be.

Order notes section in WooCommerce?
I have only Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: pi_ bla bla bla)
Nothing else.

So far I have managed with a plugin that checks whether WooCommerce has received a webhook and intercepts it if it does, and processes the order along with sending emails if WooCommerce has not done so.

To confirm, when this happens, does the order has the expected processing or completed status? Or does it remain in some other status (on-hold or pending-payment)?

That sounds like your site is receiving the webhook from Stripe, but it doesn't get processed by the plugin sometimes. Stripe logs in WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs should indicate if the webhook processing failed for some reason.

You can also try recreating the webhooks via Stripe settings to see if it helps
