Why do you want to calculate the HTML content height?

I think there's no simple way to achieve this right now, but there are probably alternative solutions depending on what you are trying to do.

I think it's needed for calculating tableView cell, Using autolayout and UITableView.automaticDimension doesn't work with TextView(it doesn't calculate the height of cell automatically), so any chance to fix/calculate it?

At this point this enhancement is not in the roadmap unfortunately.
