…a support Overall TLC for CONTRIBUTING, including: - Replace formal design document reference with GitHub Discussions link (The linked template file does not exist) - Update deployment documentation link from wormhole-networks repo to official Wormhole docs website. (The repo is archived) - Change Wormhole Network URL from wormholenetwork.com to wormhole.com (the former redirects to the latter) - Remove Terra smart contracts testing section and references as the chain is deprecated.
