When do you publish 1.3.9 version?

Hi,

When do you publish 1.3.9 version or latest version?
If you indicate in BuildConfig.groovy compile ":lightweight-deploy:latest" such as this documentation indicates, then this version is not found in the repositories.

This version includes support for specify a custom contextPath in *.yml config file

I need this feature so, I have downloaded master branch of this plugin, compile an install in may local repository but I would like to know when this release will be able
