SAME X APP ON TWO SERVERS USING XURL

It seems that only one server can be active using XURL/oauth2 when the same X-APP and XURL are set up on a second server. The first server works as expected. On the second server I run xurl auth oauth2 and it is successful. The first server now stops working with no errors but the xurl database is never updated. Is this as designed?

Sorry. My question is, can I run the same X-App on two different servers running xurl with oauth2? In other words I have the same X-APP CLIENT_ID/SECRET configured on two different servers. It seems when I set two servers up with the same App and users in this way, one stops working. If I reconfigure oauth2 on the non-working one, it is successful but the other server stops working. Does this make sense?
