[Request - Generic] Add support for Executable items and Executable blocks for recipes #482

Describe your feature request.
It would be great to add support for these plugins as they would help a lot in customizing the server itself and having an integration with Nova would be very good and would make it a lot easier considering that a third plugin would not be needed just to take care of the crafts.
