An endlessly creating file sqlite-jdbc-tmp database file in Windows/Temp

Hello,
I have a problem with the sqlite-jdbc-tmp file, which is constantly (every 1s) created in the Windows/Temp location. The files are not used after a few days of using the computer, they take up a good few GB. When I found the problem I remove 300GB. What could be the cause and how can I solve this problem?

You will need to perform some investigation to find out where this is coming from. Every 1s seems to be a bit much.
