Removes [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request), [@angular/fire](https://github.com/angular/angularfire) and [firebase-tools](https://github.com/firebase/firebase-tools). These dependencies need to be updated together.
