element-wise add的kernel 如果使用float4来进行向量化操作的时候，好像并没有针对tail的数据进行编码？ 这里是为什么没有做呢？ 我想的是如果做了的话，对于算子的通用性来说要更好一些

是的，目前作为案例，一些边界条件是还没有完善的，欢迎提交PR进行优化~
