原本就有，但是检查本身就是个耗时操作，为了解决那 1/100 都不到的 case ，却要影响日常 99% 的编译效率，不是很划算

If I understand this issue correctly I have implemented a branch with a policy that enable modules "required" flags to be passes with a file (for clang and msvc) to reduce noise on the compile command, is it what is requested ?

i did it to reduce noise when using -v, but i suppose it can work as a workaround for you case
