Following the E16.5 demonstration tutorial, an error occurs during the PCA step (mouselung.e16.5.R
@ line 60):

Error in expr[pc.genes, ] : indice outside limits

Hi @juugii, sorry for the late reply. I fixed the incorrect exprs() function calling issue due to the update of the dplyr package. Can you try again?
