Use .atomic? #88

Hi! Would you be open to using .atomic in rules where applicable?
I see that you removed usage at one point: bab0ebc, though if it's of interest, in addition to .atomic respecting suppressions, .atomic is also used by the scalafix api to group patches: scalacenter/scalafix#1261 (my use case).
I understand it might be a lot of work, I'm happy to submit PRs for some of rules I commonly use, but let me know what you think 🙂
