use built in uuid instead of depending on some dependency to do it

@jimmywarting Thanks for adding this. Would we need to bump the major version to avoid any breaking changes?

Also you will need to rebase from main.

@jimmywarting is this not an issue with the built in UUID generator?

Would it better to use some form of getRandomValues() so that it works in more browsers?

We removed the randombytes dependency in v7.0.0 and switched to using crypto.getRandomValues to generate UUIDs. If you encounter any issues, please create an issue to let us know.
