Design cluster management dialogs

Create

As a YDB installation admin, I want to add new cluster to the list. From the list of clusters. Every cluster has attributes:

Every field will have some comments. like

• cluster name - an arbitrary string
• environment - an arbitrary string with autocomplete from previous values
• status - an arbitrary string with autocomplete from previous values
• responsible
• description - long text
• balancer - text field url

besides it is required to have additional section for:

• monitoring name
• cores link
• dashboard link
• logging link

Additional fields are to be collapsed

Edit

Delete

in cluster list I want to delete a row by clicling on a link with confirmation

General changes to the Clusters List page

• Remove statistics at the top or make it even more compact.
• Fix the version filter (there's no sorting or additional parameters for the version).
• Pin/favorite the cluster so that it's easy to find your cluster if you always work with the same one.
• Make a search from here to an object by the full path to it and a search for the database.
