Run Extra Tests

Run additional tests for this PR. You can customize:

• Test Size: small, medium, large (default: all)
• Test Targets: any directory path (default: ydb/)
• Sanitizers: ASAN, MSAN, TSAN
• Coredumps: enable for debugging (default: off)
• Additional args: custom ya make arguments
