FR: Enhance Audio/Video Processing

Currently the bot can answer Telegram voice messages. I would like to request extending it by handling also Telegram video messages (after extracting audio), as well as sound/video files of different formats (after converting it to supported format).
Possibly utilising ffmpeg and pydub library
