Support for GitLab Events Tool

Hi, thanks for the great work on this project!

I noticed that while the repository supports various GitLab tools, it doesn’t currently include one for GitLab Events (API docs here).

Do you have any plans to add support for this?
If not, I’d be happy to contribute an implementation and open a PR. Would you be open to reviewing and merging it?

The GitLab Events API is particularly useful for summarizing work done over a specific time period, which can be valuable for reporting, retrospectives, or personal productivity tracking. Having this as part of the MCP tools would make it easier to integrate these summaries into automated workflows.

I went ahead and opened a PR for GitLab Events support: #235.
Happy to adjust the implementation based on your feedback!
