fix a bug in HorizontalFlip.

Don't need to swap l_brow and r_brow, just remove these lines. flip_lb[lb == 2] = 3
flip_lb[lb == 3] = 2
flip_lb[lb == 4] = 5
flip_lb[lb == 5] = 4
flip_lb[lb == 7] = 8
flip_lb[lb == 8] = 7 |

fix a bug in HorizontalFlip which deals with the label of right_* and left_*. Please note that the "lb" in "lb == 2" is a PIL object, so if you use "flip_lb[lb == 2] = 3" which changes nothing.
