Under Validating an existing PassTicket for Top Secret,
TSS WHOHAS PTKTDATA(<applid>) may not be correct. On community build systems, the only value accepted here was IRRPTAUTH. The <appid> parameters come after, as described by the next line the doc section: TSS WHOHAS PTKTDATA(IRRPTAUTH.<applid>.).
