Enhancement: Horizontal

How difficult would it be for the maintainers of this project to add in horizontal options to the directive? @young-steveo @jonyo

It shouldn't be too much work to expose horizontal option, along with the other Waypoint options like context, continuous, enabled, and group as optional properties on the directive.

I don't have the extra time to add it anytime soon I'm afraid. If you are able to add it @LoganLehman we are happy to review any PR's as long as they add proper test coverage and such.
