Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5+ NVM Backup failing

I tried to initiate the migration from Aeotec Z-Stick 5 to ZWA-2 but failed almost immediately at the very first step.

Navigated to Zwave JS UI - under NVM I selected Backup. However, it fails at 0 or 1% with the following error:

Same happened to me too. I can't migrate from the Z-Stick 5 to ZWA-2.
It's AEON Labs, Z‐Stick Gen5 USB Controller, Product Code: ZW090, FW: v1.2, SDK: v6.81.6. The code on the stick is Model: ZW090-C (868.42Mhz).
